APPLICANT NAME : Applicants need to enter their name as mentioned on the Aadhar card issued by UIDAI.

Mobile Number : Applicants need to enter their 10-digit mobile number. Please avoid the country code.

Aadhaar Number : Applicants need to enter their Aadhaar number in the format of (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx).

Enter Email Id : Applicants need to enter their email ID as the soft copy of the updated certificate will be sent to the registered email ID only.

CHOOSE THE OPTION ON WHICH YOU WANT TO RECEIVE OTP : Applicants need to choose one option where they want to receive an OTP.

UPLOAD UDYAM CERTIFICATE : Applicants need to upload a soft copy of their Udyam certificate.

PROVIDE THE DETAILS TO BE UPDATED ON CERTIFICATE : Applicants need to describe the changes they want to update on the Udyam certificate.

SUBMIT APPLICATION : Applicants need to duly check all the details and click on the submit button.
