Cancellation Policy

    • To cancel your service request, please contact our customer support team via email or phone within 24 hours of placing the order. Provide your order details and reason for cancellation.
    • Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the progress of the service.
  2. Conditions for Cancellation:

    • Cancellations are subject to approval. If the service has already commenced or is completed, cancellation may not be possible.
    • Any cancellation request must be made in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds will be considered only for cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • If a service is found to be faulty or not delivered as promised, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to investigation.
  2. Processing Refunds:

    • Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund process will begin.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
    • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
  3. Non-Refundable Services:

    • Services that have already been processed and delivered are not eligible for refunds.
    • Any fees paid towards government charges, application fees, or third-party charges are non-refundable.
